With its ski slopes, St. Moritz is an unmissable destination for those who love winter sports. Its thermal springs and luxurious spas offer well-being in every season of the year. In this exclusive location you can spend amazing holidays staying at Villa Tinus, one of the most historical villas in St. Moritz, located in the precious location of Suvretta. Built in the early ‘20 of the 20th century and recently renovated, it is a unique hideaway surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains.

Choosing Villa Tinus means living a dream: St. Moritz is not just sport and relaxation, this sparkling town also offers art, history, shopping and exceptional gastronomy. It is no coincidence that over the years it has made its way into the hearts of many artists, directors, and stars of the international jetset. The villa is composed of 5 floors: The Cave (basement), The Nook (first floor), The Heaven (second floor) and The Floor (fourth and fifth floor).

Starting from the basement of the villa, we find the luxury apartment “The Cave”. The Cave is finely renovated and furnished in an alpine-chic style. It consists of an elegant and comfortable living room characterized by soft tailor-made sofas, a practical kitchen, a bathroom with a contemporary shower and a double bedroom with a raised bed, from which you can extract a jacuzzi next to the bed.

On the first floor we meet “The Nook”, which is characterized by its fine and contemporary furnishings. The apartment offers three bedrooms and three private bathrooms. The rooms, wisely furnished with unique pieces, enjoy an excellent view of the surrounding nature. The master bedroom is characterized by a particular bed with metal profiles skillfully illuminated by a contemporary arched-lamp, perfect for reading. The living area is enhanced by a large and white kitchen with kitchen island with Gaggenau furnishings. The corner sofa of the patronal room makes this apartment so exclusive, overlooking the beautiful setting of St. Moritz.

The flat offers two bedrooms made in wood and precious furnishing accessories, and two bathrooms. The entrance is characterized by a magic wooden floor, alternated with a deep glass slab, under which you can find historical Alpine furnishings exposed. The kitchen, enriched with Gaggenau appliances and covered in wooden slats, makes the space a fluid environment. The nicest feature is the glass dining table which overlooks the valley.

The villa ends with The Roof, composed of 2 floors: the first one (fourth floor of the villa) starts with the living area, arranged on a large living room with kitchen and enriched by panoramic windows. There is space for a majestic ten-seater sofa and a double sofa bed. The living area also offers a small reading room. The last floor of the villa is characterized by a beautiful wooden sloping roof and a stunning panoramic view. Here we find a double bedroom with a private bathroom, walkin closet and steam bath.
