Return to Your
‘Home Away From Home”
at EHP Resort & Marina
The striking nine-acre property recently debuted a multimillion-dollar transformation, offering guests luxurious accommodations ranging from one to three-bedroom suites and standalone cottages. New this season, resort guests can now indulge in poolside dining featuring a distinctive cocktail menu, elevating the property as the ultimate destination for families, groups of
friends, weddings, events, and corporate retreats. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the resort’s new partnership with Moke, in which they can rent one of the vehicles through a guest rental program to cruise around town.
EHP Resort & Marina is home to three different dining experiences: Sunset Harbor is re-envisioned this season with a Japanese-focused menu. A celebration of Japanese flavors and umami tastes, the new menu at Sunset Harbor will include items like Fresh Toro Sashimi paired with house kimchi, Baked King Crab Hand Roll, and Charcoal Grilled Halibut. Sunset Harbor will join Sí Sí, the famed open-air Mediterranean restaurant that immerses guests in the sun-kissed flavors of Italy, Greece, Spain, and Morocco, and Buongiorno, the Italian-style bakery and cafe offering grab-and-go items along with fresh baked goods and City of Saints coffee - all with waterfront views.
‘See and Be Seen’ at Enchanté
Southampton’s historic Red Bar is now Enchanté, a modern French-inspired bistro set in an airy glass-enclosed space. Combining the rich cinematic experiences of Parisian brasseries and seaside dining in the South of France, the revived restaurant will debut with a timeless, romantic design. Signature items include a Rainbow Trout Amandine, French classics like French Onion Soup and Escargot, Salad Lyonnaise, and a selection of Frites such as Whole Lobster or Mussels.
Enchanté, the French translation for “enchanted to meet you,” will be the hottest reservation in town this summer. HLC Creative Group, which led design for all new EHP Hospitality Group outlets, has animated a sense of nostalgia through a color palette of taupes, grays and pops of citrus orange, textured natural linens mixed with silk velvets, and silver and brass accents from mid-century France. A semi-private dining room will host intimate celebratory moments, while those lucky enough to snag a seat at the bar will have a front-row seat to classic cocktails and endless pours of wine, both old world and new.
Laid-Back Luxury
in Hamptons Bays
A first-of-its-kind destination in Hampton Bays, Inn Spot is a collection of recently renovated waterfront bungalows and suites welcoming travelers to a chic and breezy setting on Shinnecock Bay steps from Ponquogue Beach. This season, the property adds additional guest rooms to accommodate visitors to its stunning views and casual Latin American-inspired menu from Crash Cantina.
Three New Marinas
EHP Hospitality Group is now one of the largest marina owners and operators in Long Island, totaling nearly 500 slips across the East End, with the addition of three new marinas to their portfolio. Formerly Prime Marina Southampton, New Suffolk Shipyard, and New Suffolk Shipyard—Cutchogue Harbor, the marinas are now re-branded as Shagwong Marina—Southampton, Shagwong Marina—New Suffolk, and Shagwong Marina—Cutchogue. The three new marinas join
Shagwong Marina—East Hampton, which sits in a prime location in East Hampton, accommodating seasonal yachters with boats ranging 0 slips and providing assistance from professional on-staff dockhands in season. The marina also boasts an expansive lawn overlooking the water, ideal for alfresco weddings and celebrations. EHP Hospitality Group will elevate the marinas withimprovements to both the facilities and the overall guest experience for which the group is known.
