The Peak Antler Company, founded by Jeff Musgrave, brings a unique blend of nature, artistry, and craftsmanship to luxury interiors through its custom antler chandeliers and decor. Based in Colorado, the brand specializes in hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind art that combines the raw beauty of antlers with contemporary design elements to create exceptional pieces in luxury homes.

Musgrave’s journey to founding The Peak Antler Company started in an unexpected place: a Harley Davidson repair shop. After moving to Colorado, he was introduced to the world of antler chandeliers by a client. What began as a temporary job turned into a seven-year learning experience and an idea. “I didn’t want to be the Walmart of antler chandeliers,” Musgrave explained. “I wanted to create custom, hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind art.” His commitment to artistry and quality set the foundation for his brand, which has become a go-to source for luxury custom lighting and decor pieces.

Customization is a central element to The Peak Antler Company’s philosophy. The brand doesn’t offer stock pieces; instead, each piece is tailor-made to suit the client’s preferences. From mock-up designs to final approval, the process ensures that every detail meets the client’s vision.

Each creation by The Peak Antler Company is deeply rooted in highlighting the raw composition of nature. However, Musgrave’s designs go beyond traditional styles, often incorporating unexpected materials into the pieces. “Antlers are very abstract in their shape,” Musgrave noted. “This lends itself to contemporary design. We mix in various elements like prism glass crystals, mica, or lightweight bronze sculptures to create unique and intriguing fixtures.”

Collaboration with architects and interior designers plays a significant role in the brand’s creative process. Musgrave works closely with professionals to ensure that his designs fit seamlessly into refined spaces. His projects have included work for premium clients such as PGA golfer Greg Norman, country music star Eric Church, and the Fellers family.

The Fellers family reflected on their recent project with The Peak Antler Company: “We were referred to Peak Antler because of their excellent reputation and quality work. We started our relationship with small pieces including lamps which grew into large chandeliers. When we wanted to continue the transformation of our Colorado home, we did not hesitate to ask Jeff to help us with our grand staircase. Not only was the custom work beautiful and perfect, but the entire experience with the employees was first class. We had a vision and the Peak Antler Company made it happen with its superb quality, attention to detail, and utmost professionalism.”

Looking ahead, Musgrave sees his work continuing to evolve and push boundaries in design. “I don’t particularly look to copy trends but to start the next one,” he explained. His artistic mindset and collaboration with other skilled artists allow him to create innovative pieces that elevate lavish interiors. Whether it’s an iconic chandelier like the ‘Eagle Spirit’ – created in partnership with bronze sculptor Scott Stearman – or a custom light fixture for a high-end ranch, Musgrave’s passion for creativity and craftsmanship is unequivocal.
