Anantara breathes new life into one of the Amalfi Coast’s most iconic landmarks, a 13th-century Capuchin convent built into a cliffside. While the original cloisters and chapel remain, the property has been renovated with Anantara’s renowned luxury style and amenities. Rooms and suites are located in the original monks’ quarters, dining takes place along the ‘Passeggiata dei Monaci’ with spectacular views of the coast, and tranquil days are spent floating in the pool perched over the horizon.

Redesigned to elevate the overall guest experience at this luxury resort, The newly renovated Overwater Pool Villas at Anantara Kihavah are being transformed into elegant spaces of timeless sophistication– retaining the villas’ most iconic features and complementing them with more space, more style and more comfort. The villas will feature newly installed Kajan thatched palm roofs, smart technology, all new furniture, fittings, and materials carefully selected to reflect the aesthetic and sustainable qualities of the indigenous culture. Doelen Amsterdam Hotel, Netherlands

Situated in a 16th-century property considered to be the oldest hotel in the Dutch capital, the new Tivoli Doelen is Tivoli Hotels & Resorts first property in the Netherlands. The heritage property was the original home to Rembrandt Van Rijn’s famous painting The Night Watch, and currently boasts 81 elegant guest rooms including seven suites (most of them overlooking the Amstel Canal), and the new Omber restaurant and bar, featuring design details and a Mediterranean-Dutch fusion menu inspired by the art of Rembrandt.

The recently opened hotel designed to evoke “Mad Men” era vibes with a contemporary European twist, is now fully complete with the addition of New York’s newest Serafina restaurant- a fine dining venue featuring classic Italian fare, pastas cooked in a Parmesan wheel, freshly tossed table-side Caesars, salt-crusted Branzino, and a gloriously tiled wood-burning pizza-oven. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the 110-seat open dining room features lavish banquettes, a trademark marble bar, and a separate private dining room for up to 60 guests.
